Write to us if a guide is out of date, if the planner's time conversion looks wrong for your date, or if there's a topic about live chats or Spaces you'd like covered. We usually answer within a few days.

What we can't help with: we don't have access to anyone's X account, can't promote your chat or Space, and don't accept sponsored posts or guest posts with links. For problems with your account or with Spaces themselves, X's help center is the right place.
